OPERATION

  • Remove the Filler Lid (1) by unscrewing the Locking Handle (2). DO NOT REMOVE WHILE THE TANK IS PRESSURIZED.
  • Fill the Fertilizer Tank with the appropriate amount of water soluble fertilizer.
  • Replace the Lid (1) and secure with the Locking Handle (2).
  • Connect the Fertilizer Tank to the irrigation system where the fertilizer is needed.
  • The fertilizer tank needs to be installed either side of a valve with a pressure drop of 20 to 50 kPa (2-5m).
  • Connect the Inlet to the high pressure and the Outlet to the low pressure side.
  • Make sure there is a filter with transparent casing installed on the Outlet. This will catch the undissolved fertilizer and by installing a ribbon in the filter, it will give a visual indication when all the fertilizer was dissolved.
